Donald: The lifestyle magazine from Duckburg
A new lifestyle magazin is going to be released in August, mainly interessting for fans of Donald Duck pocket books. But fashion is also going to be an issue in "Donald".
The Donald Duck pocket books still have a regular seat in a lot of boy’s bookshelves – even though they’re not in the supposed comic-reading age anymore. That’s what the publisher of the Disney comics thought and announced a new interesting magazine to launch in August: Donald is going to be its name and it will reach out to fashion-forward readers and collectors of the pocket books. The issues will deal with current trends, music, cars and art, but a lifestyle magazine sure has to fiddle with fashion. And so you will be able to read a interview with a hip designer from Germany in Donald along with comics of big fashion names entering Duckburg. Of course, the comics aren’t forgotten and so the magazine will publish 24 pages of a German first publication. The one shoot will be available from August 11, but only 150.000 copies will be made.
